It is critical that you vote in this election. Your vote will determine who leads the Union in our state.
You should receive a ballot paper in the post to your home address from the Australian Electoral Commission shortly after 14 July. If you haven’t received a ballot paper by ther 23rd of July please contact the AEC on the 24th for a replacement ballot by calling (03) 9285 7111. If you have changed addresses without updating your records with the NTEU, your ballot papers may have gone to an old address. Please contact the AEC for replacement ballot papers urgently on (03) 9285 7111 or email – IEBevents@aec.gov.au.
You should receive a Ballot Paper, a Declaration Envelope and a Reply Paid Envelope.
To vote for me, put a 1 in the box next to my name on the Ballot Paper.
You then need to put the Ballot Paper inside the Declaration Evelope and sign the declaration on the back.
Then place the signed Declaration Envelope inside the Reply Paid Envelope,
Most importantly, put the Reply Paid Envelope into a post box as soon as possible. Australia post delays are now extremely common. Get your vote back as soon as possible to ensure your vote is counted,
